Appointments are written to the therapist calendar; a separate room/resource calendar is not available yet. If you have fewer rooms than therapists, we work out a setup together.
Sistemiya runs on monthly plans; current plan prices, excluding VAT, are listed on the pricing page. The fee depends on the number of conversations in a month, not on staff or user count: all messages with one customer within 24 hours count as one conversation. There is no setup fee, and the 14-day free trial needs no card.
Free or low-cost booking apps are mostly a calendar and a booking link; you still read and answer incoming messages yourself. Sistemiya is an assistant that answers the message next to the calendar: it replies to the question, finds a free time, books the appointment and sends the reminder. If you only need a calendar, a cheaper option may suit you better; if your message traffic is heavy, the difference is the assistant.
It only answers with the information you have defined; on an out-of-scope or ambiguous question it hands the conversation to your team and lets you know. You can read every conversation in the dashboard and take over whenever you like.
Conversations and appointment records are processed for the purposes and retention periods described in our KVKK (Turkish data-protection law) privacy notice; the sub-processors used for AI responses are published in our processor list. You can request an export or deletion at any time.
