What currency am I billed in?
All plans are billed in Turkish lira (₺3,990 / ₺7,990 / ₺14,990 per month, excl. VAT). The dollar figures on this page are a reference at roughly 48.5 TRY/USD; 20% VAT is added at checkout and your invoice is issued in TRY.
What exactly does a conversation count?
All messaging with one customer within 24 hours is a single conversation — whether they write 3 messages or 20, it costs 1. The window opens on the first reply. The assistant gives at most 30 replies in one conversation; after the 30th reply the rest counts as a new conversation and one more is used. A normal booking chat ends within 10–15 replies. If the same person writes again the next day, a new conversation starts.
What is never billed?
Appointment reminders, confirmations and cancellations never count — that is the product doing its job and we do not want you to ration it. Replies you type yourself in the panel are free too. Only bulk campaigns cost one conversation per recipient, because there you start the conversation.
What happens if I run out of conversations?
The bot does not go silent. You get warnings at 80% and 95%; at 100% a free buffer worth 10% of your quota keeps the bot running, then any extra conversation pack you bought is used. Only after that are incoming messages stored and routed to your approval queue, where you answer with one click. No automatic overage is billed; auto top-up only runs if you switch it on.
When is the voice assistant coming?
The voice assistant is in development. When it launches, Professional includes 100 minutes and Enterprise 300 minutes a month; the Starter plan has no voice assistant. The 14-day trial includes 15 voice minutes. Voice is measured in minutes and never draws from your conversation quota. When your minutes run out, new calls are not taken by the assistant and go to the transfer number you set; an extra 100 minutes will cost ₺690 + VAT.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade in any billing period. There's no commitment on monthly plans.
