The fee depends on the number of conversations in a month, not on staff or user count: all messages with one customer within 24 hours count as one conversation. There is no setup fee, and the 14-day free trial needs no card.
Free or low-cost booking apps are mostly a calendar and a booking link; you still read and answer incoming messages yourself. Sistemiya is an assistant that answers the message next to the calendar: it replies to the question, finds a free time, books the appointment and sends the reminder. If you only need a calendar, a cheaper option may suit you better; if your message traffic is heavy, the difference is the assistant.
